About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Pre-Primary School and Aftercare Centre for an experienced Pre-School Principal / Centre Manager in Cape Town’s Northern Suburbs. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the centre operates effectively while maintaining the highest standards of education, safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the Pre-Primary School and Aftercare Centre
Implement operational policies, procedures and internal controls
Support strategic planning and organisational growth
Ensure operational efficiency and service delivery
Monitor academic planning and learning outcomes
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for childcare and education

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field
Additional Business, Management or Finance qualification advantageous
Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience in an educational environment
Proven experience managing operations, staff, budgets and compliance
Experience within Pre-Primary / Early Childhood Development environments

R50 000.00 – R60 000.00 CTC per month
