About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Pre-Primary School and Aftercare Centre for an experienced Pre-School Principal / Centre Manager in Cape Town’s Northern Suburbs. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the centre operates effectively while maintaining the highest standards of education, safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Pre-Primary School and Aftercare Centre
- Implement operational policies, procedures and internal controls
- Support strategic planning and organisational growth
- Ensure operational efficiency and service delivery
- Monitor academic planning and learning outcomes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for childcare and education
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field
- Additional Business, Management or Finance qualification advantageous
- Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience in an educational environment
- Proven experience managing operations, staff, budgets and compliance
- Experience within Pre-Primary / Early Childhood Development environments

- R50 000.00 – R60 000.00 CTC per month
