Job Description

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Relevant B. Degree or Diploma in Production Management within a chemical environment Further tertiary qualifications in Business Management and Project Management Minimum of eight (8) years experience in a Production environment of which at least five (5) years must have been at Management level Proven track record in staff management and control Experienced in project management and plant upgrades Knowledge of LRA and BCEA Exceptional Knowledge of disciplinary procedures and processes. Knowledge of ISO standards Experienced in MRP systems, MS Projects and MS Office The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Responsible for the management, co-ordination, planning and procurement of all materials and execution of the production plan Ensuring that productivity increases and production targets are timeously met Maintaining the minimum stock levels and safety stock at all depots and the effective management of resources Producing quality products, while continuously evaluating, monitoring and streamlining of processes and meeting budgets in a cost-effective manner Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience (CTC includes Provident Fund & Company Laptop)
