About the Role

The key function of the QA Analyst is to test software applications and systems for bugs and defaults, to enhance the user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test Cases: Write and execute good quality test cases
  • Deliver defect free test cases
  • Test Plans: Produce read-able and well defined test plans
  • Mentorship: Provide mentorship and upskilling
  • UAT Failures: Deliver 100% bug free software
  • Estimations: Produce accurate estimations in line with industry standards
