About the Role
The Warehouse Process Controller plays a critical role in overseeing the facility’s operations, ensuring seamless integration of raw material inbound logistics and complex fleet management. This is a leadership position that requires 35 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics leadership role to lead a dedicated team toward world-class standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate 35 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics leadership role.
- Govern all movement of goods within SYSPRO to ensure 100% traceability and digital accuracy.
- Oversee inbound logistics for raw materials, lead cycle counts, and manage procurement liaison for non-conformance reports.
- Supervise forklift and vehicle fleet operations including maintenance scheduling, safety compliance, and cost optimization.
- Enforce protocols for weighing, digital capturing of SKU and stock codes, and visual inspections of incoming materials.
- Define performance objectives for warehouse staff and manage 5S housekeeping standards.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and a safety-first mindset.
- Conduct technical audits and provide administrative guidance.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics leadership role.
- BCom in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Proficiency in SYSPRO or similar MRP/ERP systems and fleet tracking software.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.

Salary & Benefits
Salary R25,000 to R40,000 (Dependent on Experience).
