About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Stikland, providing exceptional support to clients in the Agricultural industry. As a Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) Receptionist, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, managing deliveries, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering switchboard and screening of calls
- Dealing with parcels, deliveries, and visitors in the reception area
- Typing of letters, general correspondence, memo’s on MS Word
- Capture sales prices and quotes on Excel
- Maintaining a stable work record
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- Certificate in admin or related field
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
