About the Role
Izwe Placements is seeking a motivated Junior Customer Support Representative to join our team in Alberton. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize CRM or ticketing systems to manage customer interactions and track issues
- Provide basic technical support for relational databases
- Analyze problems and develop effective solutions
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines and resolve complex issues
Requirements
- Matric knowledge of SQL, CRM, or ticketing systems
- 12 years experience in a customer support, helpdesk, or service-oriented role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of relational databases
