The Role: Recruitment Resourcer We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our UK-facing team, focused on delivering high-quality candidates across sales, marketing, and digital functions. This is a structured, high-output role where you’ll be sourcing, interviewing, and submitting talent daily, working closely with our BDMs to meet client needs and exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities Bring at least 12 years of recruitment resourcing experience Source, screen, and engage candidates for UK-based roles Conduct up to 12 candidate interviews per day Submit a minimum of 4 high-quality CVs daily Secure at least 1 client interview per day Build strong, proactive talent pipelines across key verticals Use our modern ATS and sourcing tools to stay efficient and organised Partner with our BDMs to deliver consistently and hit shared targets About You 1 years experience in a recruitment resourcer or delivery role Strong communication and candidate engagement skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment Highly organised, focused, and results-oriented Ambitious, coachable, and motivated to grow your recruitment career Energised by working in a high-performance, target-led team We offer a competitive salary, uncapped commission from your first placement, medical and pension contributions, and a path to grow into Senior Resourcer, Consultant, or Team Lead roles.
