Cape Town City Centre: Sales Assistant

Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Strong computer literacy with excellent Excel and Word skills Must have a clear criminal record Limited credit/debt issues only Must be able to start immediately Must reside within 15km of Tygervalley Mall Good references from previous employers Non-smokers only with sober habits Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships Drive sales to meet and exceed store targets Assist customers with product selection and provide professional advice Ensure the store is neat, organized, and visually appealing always Handle cash, point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and daily banking procedures Monitor stock levels, assist with stock counts, and report discrepancies Support store management with opening/closing procedures Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business objectives Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions Always uphold company standards and policies
