Job Description

Our client, a reputable company in the hospitality sector is looking to hire external reps with a proven track record. Salary negotiable depending on their experience within the industry RESPONSIBILTIES & DUTIES but no limited to: • Respond to all client/ agent enquiries timeously and professionally • Prepare, send, and follow up on all client quotes • Manage uniform and corporate gifting quotes and ordering • Communicate specials to clients (separate Trade and Wholesale specials) • Send clients updates and company communications, including: • Price list updates • Closure dates • Stock takes • Reseller database & Sample Book Management • Compile and assemble sample books ordered by resellers • Ensure updated sample pages are sent to relevant resellers when changes occur • Capture and compile reseller data for targeted outreach (e.g. interior decorators by area) • Order stock from suppliers when required (items not coded in the system / outsourced products) • Source products and obtain pricing from suppliers when needed • Update clients and agents on order delays and provide estimated delivery times (ETAs) • Attend meetings with clients
