Role Overview K2 Recruit is partnering with a leading managed services provider to recruit a motivated Sales Specialist to join their dynamic team in Century City. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and growing existing accounts within the IT, networking, and IPTV sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client requirements. This is a hands-on sales role requiring both hunting for new clients and farming existing accounts. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Hunting Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within IT, networking, and IPTV solutions. Conduct cold calls, market research, and networking to generate qualified leads. Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profitability and commercial outcomes. Account Management & Farming Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services and solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Monitor client needs and industry trends to proactively recommend new solutions. Sales Strategy & Reporting Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity in CRM systems. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, project delivery) to ensure successful implementation of client solutions. Customer & Market Engagement Attend industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities to expand brand presence. Stay informed of market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in IT, networking, and IPTV. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and support for technology solutions. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT, networking, managed services, or related technical sectors. Demonstrated ability to hunt for new business and grow existing accounts. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills. Target-driven with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office suite. Personal Attributes Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Commercially savvy with a strong customer-focused mindset.
