Job Description

Key Responsibilities A. Social Media Planning & Execution Plan, schedule, and publish social media content across assigned platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram). Build and manage monthly content calendars in line with campaign briefs and brand strategies. Ensure content is aligned to brand tone, voice, and visual identity. B. Content Coordination & Collaboration Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and project managers to ensure content readiness and alignment. Coordinate revisions and updates efficiently, ensuring feedback is implemented accurately and timeously. Support campaign rollouts by aligning social content with broader marketing initiatives. C. Community & Platform Management Monitor comments, messages, and engagement across platforms. Escalate sensitive or compliance-related queries. Maintain a positive, consistent brand presence across all channels. D. Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure correct use of disclaimers, risk warnings, and regulated language. Adhere to FSCA and internal compliance guidelines at all times. Review content for accuracy, clarity, and attention to detail before publication. E. Reporting & Performance Support Compile basic social media performance reports (reach, engagement, growth). Identify content trends and performance insights to support optimisation. Provide input into content improvements based on performance data. Skills & Experience Requirements Minimum Qualifications Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Required Experience 24 years of social media management experience, preferably within a digital, creative, or marketing agency. Experience managing multiple brands and content calendars simultaneously. Exposure to regulated industries (financial services, fintech, Forex) is highly advantageous. Technical Skills Proficiency in social media scheduling and management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar). Strong understanding of platform-specific content best practices. Basic reporting and analytics interpretation skills
