Job Description: A dynamic opportunity is available for a results-driven Software Solutions Sales Executive to drive new business growth and expand a portfolio of digital solutions. The role focuses on selling document management, workflow automation, and eSignature solutions in a fast-growing SaaS environment. The successful candidate will use a consultative sales approach and confidently engage with senior decision-makers across corporate and SME markets. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within SME and corporate markets Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, quoting, negotiating, and closing deals Sell SaaS subscriptions as well as hybrid or on-premise software solutions Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth project handover Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline using a CRM system Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets Build strong relationships with decision-makers across IT, Finance, Operations, and Legal departments Identify cross-sell opportunities within an existing client base Minimum Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales Strong background in SaaS or subscription-based software sales Experience selling document management, workflow automation, eSignature, or print management solutions Experience working with mid-market or enterprise clients Valid drivers license and own reliable transport Advantageous Experience Experience selling solutions such as Square 9, DocuSign, PaperCut, or ControlSuite Background in Managed Print Services Experience selling into sectors such as finance, legal, healthcare, or corporate environments Key Competencies Consultative sales approach Strong presentation and product demonstration skills Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen Ability to clearly communicate return on investment and business value Self-motivated, target-driven mindset Strong technical aptitude Performance Indicators Achievement of monthly recurring revenue targets New client acquisition and pipeline growth Sales conversion rates Cross-selling within the existing client base Customer retention and upsell performance Remuneration Market – Related Commission structure linked to recurring revenue growth Professionals who are driven by targets, confident in selling technology solutions, and passionate about helping businesses improve efficiency through digital transformation are encouraged to apply.
