Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver first- and second-line IT support to end users for productivity and service continuity Manage incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting effectively Support endpoint and application rollouts Maintain accurate ITSM records and knowledge documentation Provide support for user endpoints, applications, collaboration tools, printers, authentication, and more Support implementations, upgrades, and escalations Ensure documentation and compliance for audit readiness and improvements Minimum Qualifications: Matric Valid Drivers License own reliable vehicle Relevant IT qualification (e.g., Diploma/Certificate) or equivalent experience Experience with Microsoft endpoint and productivity environments (e.g., Windows, Microsoft 365)
