Customer Service Appointment Bookings Specialist (Spanish-speaking)
Location: Cape Town CBD
Job Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Appointment Bookings Specialist to handle customer service inquiries, book appointments, and provide exceptional service to our customers. You will work with customers via phone, email, or other channels, ensuring accurate appointment scheduling and addressing customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries and book appointments in a timely and professional manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.
3. Utilize scheduling software to manage appointments and ensure accurate booking.
4. Communicate effectively with customers in Spanish and English.
5. Meet productivity and quality standards for appointment bookings and customer service.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues or improve processes.
Requirements:
1. Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
2. 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in appointment booking or scheduling.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Proficiency in scheduling software and customer service tools.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
