About the Role
Our well-known Commercial dealer client based in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced Sales Representative: New Vehicles to join their team. As a key member of the sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and contributing to the company’s profit and unit targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect for customers and achieve sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service orientation
- Utilize networking and canvassing skills to establish new business relationships
- Negotiate deals and close sales transactions
- Prepare and make follow-up calls to customers
- Compile and send out offers to customers
- Participate in sales events to promote products
- Manage customer relationships by offering test drives and evaluating pre-owned vehicles
- Maintain good relationships internally and externally through excellent communication
Requirements
- Valid drivers license (Code 14)
- Clear Criminal Record
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Truck Industry
- Proven sales track record in the Truck Industry
- Volume sales experience
- Work-related/OEM related system know-how, specifically:
- Kerridge and Autoline experience
