Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (Sales Support) will play a crucial role in assisting our International
sales team by providing top-notch support to our international customers. The ideal candidate will possess
strong English communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle
multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
– Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
– Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, processing orders,
and managing customer accounts.
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
– Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members or management.
– Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering
appropriate solutions.
– Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
– Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
– A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Working hours: 15:00pm to 1:00am
