About the Role
We are seeking a confident and professional Front-of-House Manager to join our team at a busy restaurant located on a wine farm in Durbanville. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage staff
- Assist with bar control
- Maintain high service standards
- Competent in basic administration (reservations, emails, telephone handling, and occasional social media assistance)
- Proficient in POS systems, including daily cash-ups and reconciliation
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Ability to lead and manage staff
