Job Description
Hire Resolve, a leading BPO firm, is currently seeking a highly motivated HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will play a vital role in managing the human resources functions of our organization, ensuring that our HR policies and procedures are in line with industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Develop and implement performance management processes
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
- Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR database
- Stay updated with HR trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a BPO firm
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience in managing high volume recruitment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Benefits:
- Salary: R800k – R980k
