About the Role
Hire Resolve is currently working with a well-established healthcare organization in search of a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to join their team. As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care to critically ill patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, providing necessary interventions and treatments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in critical care nursing
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
Requirements
- Valid nursing qualification and registration with the relevant nursing board
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an ICU setting
- Specialized training and certification in critical care nursing
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
