Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Business Analyst to join our team on-site in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of functional analysis, customer requirements, and data structures. This role involves working within a hybrid Waterfall/Agile approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and ensure alignment with the existing platform and design.
• Identify constraints and provide solutions that fit within current business processes.
• Assist in specification work, ensuring clear and accurate documentation.
• Support the migration from Excel to Jira & Confluence, ensuring the transition is well-structured and effective.
• Assess storage solutions for business documentation and data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer experience and define the ideal user journey.
• Provide implementation guidance and recommendations.

Skills & Experience Required

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of functional analysis and customer experience.
• Ability to work with data tables (not a technical BA role but must grasp data structures).
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Previous exposure to Jira & Confluence is beneficial.
