SURGE are seeking a Leasing Coordinator for a retail property portfolio to be based in Cape Town.

Leasing Admin Requirements:
You must have strong proficiency in Excel and MDA and must have experience working with retail property portfolios, with excellent numerical and reconciliation skills. You must be highly organised and detail-oriented.

Key responsibilities include managing leasing administration, preparing and maintaining lease documentation, supporting the finance and property management teams, and maintaining accurate billing, recoveries and financial records. This is a permanent role.
