About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and leading a team of staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant operations during peak hours (11:00 am – 21:30 pm, 6 days a week)
- Oversee daily tasks, including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of quality and service
- Monitor finances, control costs, and optimize profitability
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty
Requirements
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager in a busy environment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting with multiple priorities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Formal education or equivalent experience (no specific qualification mentioned)
