About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our boutique reservations office specialising in luxury hospitality and lodges in Cape Town. As a key member of our team, you will lead international marketing initiatives, drive digital growth, and elevate brand presence within the global travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets
- Identify growth opportunities across international markets
- Manage and optimise the marketing budget
- Drive lead generation through paid media, SEO, and digital campaigns
- Manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns, optimising for CPL and ROI
- Improve website performance and conversion rates
- Lead SEO and content strategy to grow organic traffic
- Oversee blogs, newsletters, and digital content
- Ensure all content is engaging and conversion-focused
- Manage CRM campaigns and lead nurture journeys
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversions
- Drive repeat and referral business through targeted campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing
- Background in travel, tourism, or luxury hospitality preferred
- Strong knowledge of SEO, paid media, content marketing, and CRM systems
- Proven ability to analyse performance and optimise ROI
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary: R45,000 – R55,000 per month (Negotiable DOE)
