About the Role

Wedded Wonderland is a global destination weddings and luxury celebrations platform working with tourism boards, luxury hotels, fashion houses, and high-spending consumers across more than 50 countries. We are entering a major growth phase focused on monetising our large audience through memberships, concierge services, and brand partnerships. This role is designed for someone who can build scalable systems and automation that improve the effectiveness of the entire marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead-to-revenue pipelines from social and website traffic through CRM, email nurture, memberships, and concierge conversions
  • AI-powered content production workflows for editorial, approvals, and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and email
  • Automated partner reporting for tourism boards and luxury brand clients
  • Member onboarding, engagement scoring, and retention automation systems
  • Internal automation tools that improve reporting and operational efficiency across the team

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience building production-level marketing automation workflows
  • Strong hands-on experience with n8n or Make.com
  • Experience integrating LLMs or AI tools into real workflows
  • Comfortable reading API documentation and troubleshooting integrations
  • Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, lifecycle marketing, and automation systems
  • Ability to write SQL and basic JavaScript or Python when needed
  • Strong written communication skills in an async-first environment
  • Self-sufficient and proactive execution style

Salary & Benefits
