Job Description
Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer service delivery and satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Inventory management
- Monitor fuel and product inventory levels
- Order and receive supplies as needed
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations, including fuel dispensing, store operations, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement and maintain control standards.
Staff Management
- Manage staff
- Compiling efficient shift rosters
Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Fuel Station Manager.
- Valid driver’s licence with own reliable vehicle.
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Be able to work shifts and work on weekends.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Available to start as soon as possible.
Working Hours
Shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 and 08:30 – 18:00 (Rotated weekly)
Every 2nd weekend (Saturday 07:00 – 18:00 and Sunday 07:00 – 18:00)
1 Day off in the week to make it a 5-day week
