Job Description
We are looking for qualified and trade-tested Millwrights to provide engineering and maintenance support to utilities and manufacturing operations based in Durban, Cape Town, and Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimising plant, machinery, and utilities equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide mechanical and electrical maintenance support to utilities and manufacturing equipment

Plan, prepare, and execute maintenance and repair work
-
Maintain, repair, improve, and optimise plant and associated equipment
-
Operate workshop tools and machinery safely and effectively
-
Start up and shut down utilities equipment as required
-
Complete work orders, backlog tasks, and maintenance documentation

Ensure no rework through quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
-
Identify unsafe practices and participate in safety inspections
-
Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards
-
Comply with VPO, LOTO, PTW, PPE, and SHE policies and procedures
-
Communicate effectively within maintenance and operations teams
-
Contribute to continuous improvement and team development
Minimum Requirements:

N4 Mechanical and/or Electrical qualification
-
Trade Tested Millwright with Red Seal
-
Experience in utilities or manufacturing plant maintenance
-
Knowledge of brewery utilities plant (advantageous)
-
Contractor management experience (advantageous)
