Office Manager Diep River | Industrial Manufacturing & Lighting The Opportunity

What Youll Be Doing

Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations
Coordinate communication between departments, management, suppliers, and service providers
Support sales and operations with documentation, reports, and follow-ups
Manage dispatch paperwork, courier coordination, and record keeping
Maintain organised filing systems, schedules, and office supplies

Experience & Qualifications

Proven experience in Office Management or senior office administration
Strong office administration and coordination skills
Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, email, and basic systems
Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment is an advantage
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Matric (Grade 12)
Experience with document control, operations support, and internal coordination
