Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and coordinating all operational activities on site
- Monitoring service delivery and guest satisfaction
- Managing and supporting staff to ensure consistent performance
- Handling guest queries, complaints and operational issues effectively
- Enforcing company policies, health, safety and compliance standards
- Supporting management in achieving operational and business goals
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 3-Year Hotel School Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years experience in the hospitality or retail industry
- At least 3 years in a management role
- Previous duty management experience is advantageous
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- A proactive, guest-focused approach and the ability to perform under pressure
