Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical or Renewable Energy
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in renewable energy projects, specifically in solar energy
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the local regulatory environment and permitting processes related to renewable energy projects
• Experience in conducting feasibility studies and financial modeling for renewable energy projects
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of solar energy projects from concept to completion, including site selection, permitting, design, financing, and construction
• Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis to assess the viability of projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, regulatory agencies, financial institutions, and contractors
• Prepare and submit project proposals, budgets, and schedules
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Oversee construction and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations
• Monitor and report on project progress, including coordinating with internal and external partners
• Stay informed on the latest industry trends and technologies in renewable energy to inform project development decisions
• Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for new projects and partnerships.
