- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience, preferably in industrial or construction products
- Knowledge of shutter doors or related industrial doors is advantageous
- Proven new business development and account management experience
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory
