Your Role in the Adventure: You’ll play a key role in supporting the Agent Sales Consultants by handling the administrative and operational side of agent bookings. From confirming services and checking invoices to liaising with finance and reconfirming bookings, you’ll be the glue that keeps the process running smoothly! Key Responsibilities: Work closely with Sales Consultants to ensure all bookings run seamlessly. Confirm services, check invoices, and flag any discrepancies. Liaise with the finance team to allocate deposits. Reconfirm bookings and ensure all details (like dietary needs and rooming) are in place. Respond to agent queries and provide proactive support to colleagues during peak times. Update internal systems with booking references and details. Play an active role in improving processes and increasing performance within the team. Research and grow your knowledge of the company’s products and East African safari destinations. What You’ll Bring to the Table: ✔️ Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset. ✔️ Impeccable organisational skills with an eye for detail. ✔️ A proactive approach and the ability to thrive under pressure. ✔️ Experience in the safari tourism environment and sales team environments (East Africa safari knowledge is a huge plus). ✔️ Tech-savvy with experience in sales/reservation systems. Working Hours & Conditions: Monday to Friday (9 hours including a lunch break). Flexibility during peak periods and compensation with time off in lieu for working South African public holidays.
