About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our upmarket restaurant team in Cape Town as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The ideal candidate will be driven, service-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily restaurant operations
  • Uphold exceptional hospitality standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in an upmarket restaurant (essential)
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service management
  • Solid food and beverage knowledge
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Computer literacy with familiarity in restaurant management software
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people management skills
