About the Role
Service Solutions Staffing is excited to announce the opening of our High End International Brand store in Canal Walk, Cape Town. We are seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team and contribute to delivering world-class service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, including visual merchandising and inventory management
- Lead a team of sales associates and provide guidance on customer service standards
- Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive business growth
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Collaborate with district managers and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work Canal Walk hours (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays)
- Relevant retail experience
