About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our boutique reservations office in Cape Town, responsible for leading international digital marketing initiatives and driving lead generation within the global luxury travel and hospitality space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets
- Identify growth opportunities across international markets
- Manage and optimise annual marketing budget
- Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour
- Drive lead generation through paid media, SEO, and digital campaigns
- Manage performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta advertising)
- Optimise campaigns for CPL, lead quality, and ROI
- Improve website conversion and landing page performance
- Lead SEO and content marketing strategy
- Grow organic traffic and inbound leads
- Oversee blogs, guides, newsletters, and website content
- Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and conversion-focused
- Manage CRM campaigns and lead nurturing journeys
- Work with sales team to improve conversion rates
- Drive repeat and referral business through targeted campaigns
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing
Travel or tourism industry experience preferred
Strong expertise in SEO, paid media, content, and CRM marketing
Proven ability to analyse performance and optimise ROI
Strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset
