About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Car Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Cape Town. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right vehicle for their needs.
- Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, benefits, and financing options.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups and personalized service.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall dealership goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and display area.
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and promptly.
Requirements
Proven sales experience in automotive sales industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional service. Valid drivers license and clean driving record. Clear criminal record (background check required). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
