About the Role
A fast-growing luxury hospitality group is seeking an exceptional Reservations Manager to lead and elevate its reservations function across a portfolio of premium hospitality and short-term accommodation properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full reservations function across multiple luxury hospitality and short-term accommodation properties
- Oversee reservation enquiries, confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and guest communication
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and service delivery at every touchpoint
- Maximise occupancy levels and revenue opportunities through strategic booking management
- Build strong relationships with guests, travel partners, agents, and internal teams
- Maintain absolute accuracy across booking systems, guest profiles, rates, and reporting
- Coordinate closely with operations, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle VIP guests, special requests, and escalated matters with professionalism and discretion
- Monitor reservation trends, booking patterns, and operational performance
- Assist with process improvements, system efficiencies, and scaling operational standards as the business grows
- Support and mentor reservations staff where applicable
Requirements
- Proven experience within a luxury hospitality, boutique hotel, premium guest house, or high-end short-term accommodation environment
- Strong reservations and guest relations experience
- Exceptionally well spoken with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and professional maturity
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organisational and administrative ability
- Calm, solutions-driven approach under pressure
- Commercially aware with an understanding of occupancy and revenue management principles
- Highly presentable and professional
