About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and intuitive Holistic Healer to join our luxury guest farm in Franschhoek, where you will have the opportunity to create transformative, personalised healing experiences for our guests in a serene luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Healing Treatments & Guest Care: Provide holistic treatments including massage therapy, reflexology, body rituals, and other wellness modalities; Deliver intuitive, personalised healing experiences aligned with guest needs.
- Treatment Space Preparation: Prepare treatment rooms to the highest luxury wellness standards; Ensure oils, products, linens, and tools are clean, replenished, and beautifully presented; Maintain a peaceful, grounded, and mindful healing environment.
- Guest Experience & Collaboration: Work closely with guest experience and wellness teams to ensure seamless service; Communicate guest preferences, sensitivities, and treatment feedback effectively; Participate in daily team alignment and wellness discussions.
- Stock & Product Management: Manage inventory of oils, products, and wellness materials; Assist with ordering and ensure proper storage and care of supplies; Minimise waste and maintain product integrity.
- Personal Growth & Professional Integrity: Continuously develop skills in holistic healing and wellness practices; Maintain personal balance, energy alignment, and mindfulness; Uphold professionalism, empathy, and integrity in all guest interactions.
Requirements
Professional qualification in massage therapy, reflexology, or holistic bodywork; Proven experience in a luxury spa, wellness retreat, or hospitality environment; Strong intuitive and energetic healing ability; Calm, grounded, and emotionally intelligent presence; Excellent communication and guest care skills; Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and hospitality hours; Strong understanding of wellness principles and natural healing rhythms.
Qualifications
Formal education/certifications in massage therapy, reflexology, or holistic bodywork.
