About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to manage our wholesale office in Claremont, Western Cape. As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for growing sales nationwide while maintaining day-to-day operations with pride and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the wholesale office
- Handle incoming orders and customer queries
- Pack goods accurately and prepare them for dispatch
- Arrange courier collections and track deliveries
- Actively sell and promote products across the country
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, resellers, and distributors
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand our customer base
- Keep basic stock records and ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of wholesale industry and sales principles
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Ability to work independently with autonomy
