Key Responsibilities: * Curate bespoke itineraries across Africa with attention to detail, authenticity, and refinement ? * Deliver a relationship-led service to high-net-worth clients, building loyalty and trust * Oversee flawless execution of every journey, from first conversation to post-travel follow-up * Balance creativity, experience, and budget to craft unforgettable experiences ? * Cultivate strong partnerships with lodges, guides, and service providers Essential Experience & Skills: * Minimum 5 years experience in luxury travel, safari planning, or high-end client service * Deep knowledge of African destinations, particularly Southern and East Africa ? * Proven ability to build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients * Outstanding communication and hospitality skills * Proficient in CRM systems (Zoho or similar), itinerary builders (e.g. WETU, Safari Portal), and Microsoft Office * Valid passport and drivers licence * Reliable internet connection for hybrid working ?
