Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service that fosters strong relationships and brand loyalty.

• Oversee the complete service delivery process, from order placement to installation, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

• Coordinate with internal teams and thirdparty partners to guarantee smooth operations and highquality service.

• Manage the delivery network to ensure prompt, reliable, and SLAcompliant service.

• Monitor and document all processes, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements
