About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is currently seeking a Site Agent to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Site Agent will be responsible for managing all aspects of site operations, including coordinating subcontractors, overseeing health and safety regulations, and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and ensure they are adhered to
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and control project budgets and costs
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site
- Keep accurate records of all project activities, including progress reports and financial data
- Ensure all work is carried out to high quality standards and meets client expectations
- Provide regular updates to project managers and senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Previous experience working as a Site Agent or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and construction best practices
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
