Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage all construction activities on site, including supervising construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
– Ensure that construction materials and equipment are delivered to site on time and in good condition.
– Monitor and inspect all construction work to ensure that it meets the required quality and safety standards.
– Work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate project schedule, budget, and resources.
– Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
– Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to provide project updates and address any issues that may arise.
– Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress, costs, and any changes to the original scope of work.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
– Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
– Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
– Valid driver’s license.
