Job Description
Hire Resolve is currently working with a reputable construction company in Cape Town who is seeking a skilled Site Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all on-site activities as Site Manager.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors effectively.
- Manage materials and equipment on site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders throughout the project duration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- SACPCMP registration is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
- Experience in managing residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of construction procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license.
