Hire Resolves client is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a creative flair for content creation, and a knack for engaging with audiences online.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
• Manage and create content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and opportunities for engagement
• Analyse social media metrics and report on performance to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and tools to optimise social media campaigns

Requirements: 

• Bachelors / masters degree in digital marketing, social media marketing or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role. Content management experience.
• Proven experience in creating and managing content, including video and graphic content.
• Proficiency across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Extensive knowledge of social media best practices.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong ability to analyse statistics and data to generate insightful reports.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and keyword research an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop a unique voice for each social media platform.
• Understanding of graphic design principles.
