About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a creative flair for content creation, and a knack for engaging with audiences online.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Manage and create content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and opportunities for engagement
- Analyse social media metrics and report on performance to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and tools to optimise social media campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in digital marketing, social media marketing or a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role. Content management experience.
- Proven experience in creating and managing content, including video and graphic content.
- Proficiency across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Extensive knowledge of social media best practices.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong ability to analyse statistics and data to generate insightful reports.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and keyword research an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop a unique voice for each social media platform.
- Understanding of graphic design principles.
