Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Tax Consultant to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations in South Africa, as well as experience in providing tax consultation services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, businesses, and organizations
- Conduct tax research to ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations
- Identify tax savings opportunities for clients
- Assist clients with tax audits and other tax-related issues
- Stay current on changes to tax laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Tax Practitioner (CTP) qualification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tax Consultant
- Strong knowledge of South African tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
