About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client in Cape Town, Western Cape is seeking a Unit Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a dedicated team and ensuring the effective operation of the unit while delivering exceptional service and fostering growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the unit, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals while promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Implement strategies to meet performance targets and improve service quality.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize operational efficiency.
