Job Description

Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a Unit Manager to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. The successful candidate will manage a dedicated team and ensure the effective operation of the unit while delivering exceptional service and fostering growth.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the unit, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Lead and mentor a team of professionals while promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Implement strategies to meet performance targets and improve service quality.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize operational efficiency.
Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance unit productivity.
Prepare and maintain accurate reports on unit performance and activities.

Client Liaison

Establish and maintain communication with clients to facilitate project updates and feedback.
Ensure all stakeholder requirements are addressed promptly.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of management experience in the relevant industry.
Proven track record of achieving operational targets and implementing improvements.
Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Experience in budgeting and financial management is essential.
