About the Role

Hire Resolve’s client in Cape Town, Western Cape is seeking a Unit Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a dedicated team and ensuring the effective operation of the unit while delivering exceptional service and fostering growth.

Key Responsibilities

About the Role

Higher Resolve’s client is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care through innovation, compassion, and professional excellence. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Unit Nursing Manager to lead one of their high-performing clinical units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the nursing team within the unit, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of patient safety.
  • Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Provide clinical support and mentorship to nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Monitor unit performance metrics and report to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with active license in South Africa.
