About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our team at Helderberg Personnel cc. As a key member of our administrative support, you will be responsible for providing daily administration function assistance, managing transporter databases, and handling client-related queries. If you have excellent communication skills and experience in similar roles, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with feeding all load data into the computer database
  • Reconcile PODs and loading weights upon request from the logistical team
  • Manage transporter databases
  • Handle client, transport, and supplier-related queries
  • Register transporters and ensure GIT insurance is in place
  • Communicate effectively with counterparties
  • Manage GIT database
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Offer general logistical support
  • Collect PODs

Requirements

  • Relevant Diploma / Degree
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in a similar position
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (e-mail etiquette and MS Outlook)
  • Analytical ability
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Relevant Diploma / Degree advantages.
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in a similar position.
