Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full financial management function including strategy, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Partner with the CEO and Board to drive sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
• Ensure compliance with JSE reporting standards, IFRS, and corporate governance principles.
• Oversee treasury, tax, audit, and risk functions with a focus on financial sustainability and optimization.
• Provide strategic financial insights to guide investment decisions, M&A, and capital allocation.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• CA (SA) qualification
• Minimum 10 years’ post-articles experience, with at least 2 years at board or executive level.
• Proven experience in a JSE-listed or complex corporate environment.
