Job Description

Requirements: Proven sales experience with at least 2-4 years in the field Fuel and cell phone allowance included Strong negotiation and communication skills and strong organizational and recordkeeping skills Proven capability to work independently and effectively manage a sales pipeline Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc) Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events Goal-oriented with a strong drive for achieving targets Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle Must have the ability to read and write in English Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage your own customer base Focus on specific industry sectors to maximize opportunities Conduct research to identify prospective customers and convert them into sales opportunities Maintain brand reputation and ethos of business Identifying potential new business opportunities within the market Enhance and uphold the quality of service Conduct regular site surveys for both existing and new clients Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events Organize and manage your schedule and time allocations efficiently Promote and emphasize the significance of quality, value, and environmentally friendly products Achieve the revenue targets established by the Head of Sales Establish and sustain ongoing relationships with both new and current clients Maintain customer satisfaction by consistently conducting follow-ups through phone calls, emails, and in person meetings Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner Conduct customer training on products as required Ensure precise documentation of all sales activities, activity reports and proposal reports Deliver comprehensive reports on sales trends, customer growth, and significant issues Ensure the completion of all sales-related administrative tasks in an efficient manner Collaborate with the sales administration and finance departments to ensure seamless operations
