About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for driving real-world impact through strategic sourcing and vendor partnerships. Key Responsibilities
- Master the Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring zero disruption to our operations.
- Negotiate & Influence: Build powerhouse relationships with vendors to secure the best pricing, payment terms, and SLAs.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with production teams to forecast demand and develop iron-clad supply plans.
- Financial Stewardship: Keep us on track by monitoring expenditures and identifying clever ways to minimize costs without sacrificing quality.
- Data Integrity: Maintain a “source of truth” for all stock and documentation, ensuring our reporting is 100% accurate.
Requirements
- 35 years in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management (ideally within Manufacturing or Distribution).
- Highly proficient in Syspro.
- An Excel pro.
- A Diploma or Degree in Procurement/Supply Chain Management (plus your Grade 12).
